Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your NEBRAS purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• Original proof of purchase or order number must be provided.
• Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact our customer service team via WhatsApp or email at info@nebrascollection.com  with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps and arrange complimentary return pickup where available.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days back to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or color, please indicate this when initiating your return. Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of processing
