When is Store Credit Issued?

Store Credit may be issued for eligible returns, exchanges, or other situations approved in accordance with our Returns & Exchange Policy.

Validity Period

Store Credit is valid for XX months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated on the voucher.

Redemption Conditions

• Store Credit can be redeemed for any NEBRAS product, subject to availability.

• It may be used in full or in part, with any remaining balance retained for future purchases until the expiry date.

• If the purchase value exceeds the available Store Credit balance, the remaining amount must be paid using an accepted payment method.

• Store Credit cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.

Expiry

Store Credit expires on the date stated on the voucher. Once expired, any unused balance will no longer be valid and cannot be reinstated or redeemed.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for safeguarding their Store Credit voucher or unique voucher code. NEBRAS cannot guarantee replacement of lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorised vouchers. Store Credit should be presented at the time of purchase to be redeemed.
